Compassionate, culturally informed counselling that honours your unique experiences.

My work as a counsellor is shaped not only by my professional training but also by my lived experience. Coming from a South Asian immigrant family, I learned early on the importance of resilience, responsibility, and navigating unspoken expectations within family and cultural systems. As a woman of colour, I have experienced racism, which led to complexities of identity, belonging, and being seen within broader societal contexts.

These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the layers people carry, both within themselves and in relation to their families, culture, and the world around them. I remain mindful of how culture, identity, and lived experience shape the way we understand ourselves and relate to others

Today, I bring that insight into my work, offering a grounded and compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you explore your experiences. Together, we work toward developing a deeper understanding of yourself and moving forward in a way that feels authentic and aligned with who you are.
