Spirituality/Yin Yoga/Grief and Loss

A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

I offer grief and loss support with a spiritual aspect. I love sharing the spiritual aspects of how to create an end of life plan. This is one of the greatest gifts we can give our loved ones; as well have us truly start to live our own lives with immense gratitude.

Holistic Yoga Practice (Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa flow and Iyengar)

With a biopsychosocial approach to Yoga, Holistic Yoga is a holistic system where the mind and body act in unison and get completely rejuvenated as physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation help in overall well-being of an individual.

Counselling / Psychology / Mental Health - Biopsychosocial approach

Therapeutic Counsellor(s) providing mental health support to individuals, couples and families. Providing psychoeducation, resources and referrals as required.
