Ranjit (Ranji) Kaur Heer works as a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, bringing over two decades of experience in human connection, coaching, and personal development into her counselling practice. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding that healing begins with self-awareness, compassion, and the courage to look inward.
Ranj's approach is integrative, person-centred, and trauma-informed. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Gottman Method for Couples. She is also trained in Dr. Gabor Maté's compassionate inquiry methods, which inform her gentle yet insightful way of helping her clients uncover the root of emotional patterns and lived experiences.
With her background in personal training, leadership, yoga instruction, and facilitation, Ranji brings a unique holistic lens to therapy. She recognizes the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. Her work often integrates emotional regulation, somatic awareness, and practical tools to support lasting change.
Ranji works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and desire for deeper self-understanding. She supports clients in exploring how they show up in their lives and relationships, helping them reconnect with their authentic selves, improve communication, and create more meaningful, aligned connections.
She creates a safe therapeutic space, which is warm, grounded, and non-judgmental, where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in becoming the most empowered and authentic version of themselves.
