Life Transitions: Navigating Change, Loss & New Beginnings

Support through identity shifts, grief, and major life changes.

Life transitions can bring uncertainty, loss, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you are navigating divorce, separation, grief, career changes, or shifts in identity, these experiences can deeply impact how you see yourself and your place in the world.

In our work together, I take a biopsychosocial approach—recognizing that your experiences are shaped not only by your thoughts and emotions but also by your relationships, culture, life circumstances, and environment. This allows us to explore your experience in a way that is both meaningful and grounded in your reality.

I support individuals who are moving through significant life changes such as relationship transitions, loss of a loved one, career or job loss, and evolving roles within family and community. These moments often require not only emotional processing but also practical support in rebuilding direction and confidence.

Alongside counselling, I integrate elements of life skills coaching and career exploration. This may include identifying strengths, clarifying values, exploring new directions, and using structured tools or assessments to support decision-making and growth.

Together, we create space to process what has been, make sense of what is, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and alignment with who you are becoming.
